In 2004, CSI introduced PBL ScoreCard®. Since the software’s introduction, CSI has worked with small, medium and large organizations across the world as well as government agencies to help them manage their business process. - All users have access to free support at our online user forum where they can search for help by topic, participate in user forums and post new tricks and tips for other users.
- We have fully staffed email support available for those users who have a specific question.
- We also provide real time, real person support by phone for those users who prefer human contact.
CSI also offers periodic Webinars on various features of PBL ScoreCard® for all of our user community.
