PBL ScoreCard® offers two great solutions:

Hosted solution is a popular choice for clients that want PBL ScoreCard software hosted and monitored by Competitive Solutions. Competitive Solutions will handle all support, maintenance, and future enhancements for each client; eliminating the need for an in-house IT staff.

This option allows clients to pay a monthly fee for PBL ScoreCard® and access it via the web on a secure connection.

On-site solution is for clients that have their own server and IT staff. This option allows you to manage PBL ScoreCard in your local environment.

PBL Scorecard® on-site solution has a onetime initial license fee and a yearly maintenance fee for support, software maintenance, and future enhancements.

We offer four types of users, which pricing is based upon:

	Administrators have high level access to configure the software and are the most powerful users.
	ScoreCard Managers is someone who uses administration functionality to create structures like scorecards and strategy maps.
	Application user's is someone who uses the front end of the application for updating metric values, assigning or updating actions or tasks, adding notes or comments and so forth.
	View Only Users whom have limited view rights.
