The general structure for this Communication Tool will play a pivotal role in passing instant information throughout the company. It is the conduit for consistently relaying team concerns and ideas up and down the levels. Information flows from the primary team to other teams via team leaders, making regular meetings mandatory for all members.

The Meeting View with PBL ScoreCard® can be customized to include:

1. Pass-down information. Pass-down is the information the primary team deems appropriate or necessary for company-wide distribution. Pass-down information is reviewed in all home team meetings and is critical to the success of the organizational communication process.

2. Pass-up information. Issues/concerns from down-level teams are reviewed. Appropriate above-level teams resolve the issues or determine a resolution follow-up date. As in the case of pass-down information, pass-up is critical to the success of the communication process.
